How to properly open support ticket?

You can open support ticket via web interface http://dedisupport.eu or via email support@dediserv.eu.

Please make sure you have included following details in the support email:

- make sure you opened the ticket from registered email
- main ip address of your server
- detailed description of problem
- timeframe when problem occured

Above details will speed up the whole process and then we could then help you asap.
